The terms “Luminous” “Slightly Luminous” etc. are claims made by the manufacturer

of the clocks in question and are not the claims of “The Clock Shoppe”. New luminous

materials have been devised that are not radioactive or harmful to the environment.

The glow-in-the-dark qualities of these materials may not be as effective as the old materials

were. The Clock Shoppe will not make refunds, take returns, or in any other way compensate

or be responsible for claims of this nature by any manufacturer.

That said, the luminous quality of our clocks (Seiko, Infinity, Bulova, Howard Miller,
Seth Thomas, etc.) is as good as any manufacturer on the market.
